The deadline for Kindergarten lottery applications was April 1. However, you can still apply to be added to our school's waitlist. Please see below for more information.

Empower Charter School is an open enrollment, public school—there is no test for admissions. Our acceptance for enrollment is based upon the number of available seats in each grade. To be considered for admission, you must submit an application. Our school welcomes all students, including those with special needs and English language learners.

Waitlist Information
Applicants who are not selected in the lottery and applicants who submit their application after the April 1 deadline will automatically be added to Empower Charter School’s waitlist. If Kindergarten seats open up throughout the year, we will call families starting at the top of the waitlist using the phone numbers provided on the application. You must call us back within 24 hours of the phone call or the space will be forfeited to the next applicant on the waitlist.

For all grades other than Kindergarten, we’re always accepting waitlist applications.
